Processing and handling

We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email. In rare cases, processing may take longer. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

There are circumstances that are out of our control (like ie. natural disasters, holidays, weather etc.) that may cause shipping time delays. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time, and the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dalebury is not responsible for these charges and delays if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time on our Order Tracking page.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check it’s status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, then please contact us at  support@dalebury.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Guarantee

Any orders not received within 8 weeks (from the date of receiving your shipping confirmation email) qualifies for a full-refund or reship.

Additional Information

  • Cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 pm ET start processing the next business day.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect shipping addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
